WPD asking public’s help to identify armed robbery suspect

Waterloo, IA – According to the police officials the robbery occurred on Tuesday.
It happened at the Dollar General Store located at 1650 Idaho Street.
Waterloo Police Department officers responded to a report of a robbery.
The responding officers discovered that the suspect approached the cashier and brazenly brandished a firearm while demanding money.
The unidentified suspect then left with an undisclosed amount of money and other items.
