On Friday, the 49-year-old lawyer reportedly walked into the Lounge Bar just after 2 a.m. and was refused service by the bar manager because she was deemed too intoxicated.

According to reports, the woman then walked into the restroom and came back out into the bar unclothed and completely naked.

The bar manager told the 49-year-old woman to put her clothes back on and leave. Unfortunately, Elkins refused, prompting the manager to call 911.

The responding deputy reportedly found Elkins naked. Elkins had to be told several times to get dressed, at which time she only put a zip up hoodie on and did not zip the shirt up.

Just two days earlier, the 49-year-old woman was arrested on a charge of obtaining food or lodging with intent to defraud.

According to reports, the lawyer reportedly had lunch and multiple alcoholic beverages valued at just over $38 at Nori Thai restaurant on Wednesday afternoon.

When Elkins received the bill, she did not have money to cover the charges and instead offered her purse as payment.

She was booked into the county jail, from which she was released on her own recognizance the following morning.
