Waterloo Police identify victims in Monday morning fatal crash

Waterloo Police – According to the statement, this unfortunate incident occurred around 9:53 a.m. Monday morning.

Waterloo Police and Waterloo Fire Rescue were dispatched to the intersection of Hammond and E Shaulis on a report of a motor vehicle accident.

The responding officers reportedly discovered that Semi and a vehicle crashed at the location.

The driver and two occupants of the motor vehicle were pronounced dead at the scene. 

They were later identified as 16-year-old Brayden Proctor, 19-year-old Tricia Randall and 21-year-old Devon Dirkes.

No other information is available at the moment.

This incident remains under investigation.
