The 33-year-old woman reportedly pulled a gun on another driver on Sunday because she was so enraged by his bumper sticker, which declared the man had been vaccinated against COVID-19. The woman started honking her car horn after she saw the man’s “Vaccinated” bumper sticker and even throwing water bottles at his vehicle while both were stopped a red light. The victim reportedly captured the whole incident on video.
The 33-year-old woman from New Mexico, Christina Blair, became angry after she reportedly saw the man’s bumper sticker, which declared he had been vaccinated against COVID-19, the Daily Mail reports.
Blair reportedly started honking her car horn, cursing at him and even throwing water bottles at his vehicle while both were stopped a red light, per reports.
Police officials said Blair followed the man into a parking lot after he accidentally backed into her vehicle in an effort to get away from her. The 33-year-old suspect then pulled out a handgun in a threatening way.
The unidentified victim called the police in fear that she was going to shoot him. Police said the victim reportedly captured the whole incident on video.
According to reports, the man showed a video of the incident to the responding officers where the 33-year-old woman can be seen pulling out a gun and loading the chamber.
The responding officers were able to find the 33-year-old woman using her license plate. When the officers made contact with the suspect, she reportedly admitted that she pulled out her gun during the incident, but said she did so because she was scared after the man blocked her exit.
The DA’s officer reportedly filed a motion to keep the 33-year-old woman behind bars, where she remains as of Thursday.
Blair is now charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. This incident remains under investigation. This is a developing story and it will be updated as new information become available.
