Two-vehicle crash at the intersection of 110th Street and P Avenue leaves 3 injured

Fayette County, IA – According to the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office, the accident occurred around 8:09 a.m. Tuesday.

It happened at the intersection of 110th Street and P Avenue.

Fayette County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a crash.

The responding deputies discovered that two vehicles crashed at the location.

The 51-year-old driver of the Buick failed to yield to Dodge Avenger.

driven by 35-year-old Tiffany Watts of Oelwein. 

The 51-year-old driver suffered life-threatening injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment.

She was later identified as Theresa Bachman.

The 35-year-old driver of the Dodge suffered injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment.

She was later identified as Tiffany Watts.

Juvenile passenger in the Dodge Avenger also suffered and was taken to a hospital for treatment.

This incident remains under investigation.
