Single-vehicle crash on Millville Road leaves one dead, one seriously injured

Epworth, IA – According to the ISP officials, the fatal crash occurred around 7:11 p.m. Sunday evening.
It happened on Millville Road in Dubuque County.
Iowa State Patrol troopers responded to a report of a single-vehicle crash.
The responding troopers discovered that the driver lost control of their vehicle and went into the ditch.
The vehicle then rolled multiple times.
Both the driver and the passenger suffered life-threatening injuries.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene and the passenger was taken to a hospital for treatment.
Their identities have not yet been released.
This incident remains under investigation.
