One injured in semi rollover crash in Black Hawk County Friday

WATERLOO, Iowa – A man was injured Friday morning in a semi rollover accident near Holgate and Independence.
The Black Hawk County Sheriff’s Office said it happened at around 5 a.m. when a man was driving eastbound on Independence lost control of his semi and it rolled over onto the driver side.
The driver sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to Allen Hospital.
