Grundy County Sheriff’s Office: Two suspects arrested on burglary charges

Grundy County, IA – According to GCSO, both suspects were arrested and taken into custody on Tuesday.
Ryan Marek, 30, and Brandon Hufstedler, 36, are now facing multiple charges, including: second degree burglary, second degree criminal mischief, three counts of third degree burglary and third degree attempted burglary, among other charges.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, both suspects reportedly attempted to remove ATM’s from two banks.
Both suspects reportedly burglarized the Reinbeck Memorial Building.
This incident remains under investigation.
