Friday evening fire damages Scott Park Road mobile home

Long Grove, IA – According to the Long Grove Volunteer Fire Department, this unfortunate incident occurred around 7:09 p.m. Friday evening.
It happened at the Country Estates Mobile Home and RV Park in Long Grove.
Long Grove Volunteer Fire Department crews, McCausland Fire Department crews, DeWitt, IA Volunteer Fire Department crews, Scott County Sheriff’s Office deputies and EMS personnel responded to a report of a mobile home fire.
The responding crews were able to quickly extinguish the blaze.
No one was injured in this incident, officials said.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
