Fall-like temperatures to start the week

WATERLOO – These warmer temperatures will be making a return towards mid to late October. All of Iowa is expected to see temperatures a bit above normal meaning highs would be in the mid to upper 80s most days.
With dry and cool air, there will also be little to no rain this upcoming week.
