Fall-like temperatures to start the week

WATERLOO – Starting off Monday morning, temperatures were much lower across the board with New Hampton and Waterloo being down 14.

Now these cooler temperatures are going to stick around for the time being. The next few days show temperatures in the mid to upper 70s.

Towards the end of the week, temperatures begin trending a bit more towards normal. Both Friday and Saturday are expected to see high temperatures in the low to mid 80s.

These warmer temperatures will be making a return towards mid to late August. All of Iowa is expected to see temperatures a bit above normal meaning highs would be in the mid to upper 80s most days.
