Crash on Iowa Highway 32 leaves 24-year-old driver dead, two severely injured

Dubuque County, IA – According to the DCSO, the fatal crash occurred right before 5 a.m. Sunday morning.
It happened on Iowa Highway 32 near Kennedy Road.
Dubuque County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a crash.
The responding deputies discovered that a single vehicle crashed at the location.
The 24-year-old driver, later identified as Blake Winfrey, suffered life-threatening injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two juvenile passengers suffered serious injuries and were taken to a hospital for treatment.
Their identities have not yet been released.
This incident remains under investigation.
