Teacher’s assistant ‘played with himself’ in front of the class, won’t be charged because of this!
The teacher’s assistant, later identified as Marc S., has been working at the SG Middle School for the last 20 years. Per reports, he worked as a teacher’s assistant or aide for students in the school’s special education program. However, he was recently caught ma-turbating during an eighth-grade history class broadcasted via Zoom. Although he was immediately placed on administrative leave following the stunning incident, he will not be charged with anything because ma-turbating on video in front of a class is not a crime in the state.
Although Marc insists that he ma-turbated in front of the class by accident, he was removed from his role in the classroom after he did his thing on the screen. Footage of him plea-uring himself was shared online. He did the act at the end of a history class on Monday. “I thought I was logged out when class was over,” he reportedly said. “I had no clue that Zoom was still on. Why would I do that? That’s my job. My career. I had no clue that Zoom was on. I mean, that’s just crazy behavior.” The video, which was only thirteen seconds long, captured the moment Marc stood up in front of the camera, took a few steps back, and then began to masturbate in front of the class. He became the host of the Zoom meeting while he was performing the se* act but soon relinquished the role when someone else took over as host.
“It was just a mistake on my part,” he reportedly said. He claimed to have exited the virtual classroom prior to the se* act but accidentally remained on video. “I’m only human. It was my bad.” He also said that the school system called him on Monday after he had been placed on administrative leave. They told him that they had “misplaced his background check file.” This struck fear in his heart. “Maybe they were looking to see if I had any criminal misbehavior or anything like that,” he said.
However, Marc did not learn that he had ma-turbated in front of the class until the school told him about the video two days later on Wednesday. The news probably broke his heart because, if he is telling the truth, it was all a big mistake. “I’m not a pe-vert or anything like that, you know,” Marc said. He asserted that he never meant to expose his students to the se* act or hurt them in any way. You gotta believe me on that …,” he said. “I thought I was in the privacy of my own home. I had no clue.”
