46-year-old suspect arrested on multiple charges following police chase that ended in Grundy County
Cedar Falls, IA – According to the Cedar Falls Public Safety officials, the 46-year-old suspect was arrested and taken into custody on Sunday.
Her name is Corrie Hall and she is now charged with multiple charges, including: eluding, theft 2nd Degree and criminal Mischief 2nd Degree.
This incident occurred right before 5 p.m. Sunday afternoon.
It happened at Fleet Farm.
Cedar Falls Public Safety officers responded to a report of a theft in progress.
The responding officers reportedly attempted to make contact with the suspect who drove off in a truck, which had been reported stolen out of Waterloo.
The suspect did not stop for officers and led officers on a pursuit into Grundy County before finally coming to a stop.
Cedar Falls Public Safety officers were assisted by Hudson Police, the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, and the Iowa State Patrol.
