34-year-old suspect facing multiple charges following shots fired incident on Jackson Street
Sioux City, IA – Police officials said the 34-year-old suspect was arrested and taken into custody on Saturday.
His name is Capri Rogers and he is now charged with multiple charges, including: 1st class kidnapping, felon in possession of a firearm, reckless use of a firearm, intimidation with a dangerous weapon and felony domestic assault.
This incident occurred on Jackson Street.
Sioux City Police Department officers responded to a shooting call.
When the officers arrived on scene, they discovered that the suspect reportedly fired shots and struck a car and a nearby garage.
Witnesses told investigators that it was a man with a black and gray weapon.
The suspect was later identified as Rogers.
This incident remains under investigation.
