Des Moines, IA – According to the court documents, the 34-year-old defendant was sentenced on Friday.
His name is Marvin Lopez and he was sentenced to three consecutive life terms in prison for killing a woman and her two children.
This unfortunate incident occurred in 2019.
The 34-year-old defendant was convicted in January.
He reportedly shot the mother during an argument in his home, then killing her two children.
